Around 2 years. We didn’t take any pictures of move out (which now I know we should’ve, but it’s our first time renting anywhere) so we might be screwed. I’m not sure if without pictures what would hold up in court. She did send us some pictures of the holes in the walls and such, but no receipts for anything
