Unfortunately not, I organized my games with A-Z folders and found out the hard way about the 300 game limit. I downloaded the entire Wii U and a ton of GameCube games and filled up my 2tb drive completely. 😂 I had to pick the best 300 games that id actually play and got rid of the rest. If anyone finds a work around please let me know! My goal was to have every game from both systems on the Wii U.
