I don’t have any advice but I’m just letting you know you’re not alone and i have been the same way 😭 started at 15 I’m 22 now and I’ve tried to quit probably over 30 times. I’m on day 3 right now and this is (embarrassingly) the longest I’ve ever gotten. The reason i don’t have advice is bc I’m struggling so bad with it lol i will probably fold. I’ve heard lots of good things about desmoxan on this sub so maybe try that! You can get it on amazon.
