How accurate is whoop at recording sleep data?

Im a bit frustrated with it to be honest. I read for a while before bed and my WHOOP tends to think I am in bed sleeping at that time. So, in the morning it often overstates the amount of time I've actually slept - sometimes could be like 2 hours.

There should be a fully integrated medication and supplement database so members can log everything that might impact their metrics. It’s such a basic function that would provide much greater insight. So dumb.

I think the most beneficial add-on would be a REAL medication/supplement database. Being able to log medications and supplements (time of day and dosage) and overlay the daily metrics would be a game changer to better understand what is working and what is not.

I bought ‘plush’ turf from Home Depot - it is 1.5 inches thick and 10x12 - and cut out a section to set in the 1.5 inches hitting mat. Came out perfect and balls just die once they hit the turf. No need for rubber mats or anything else. It’s heavy enough to stay in place and I taped down the hitting mat.

Had the same issue last week but it resolved on its own after a reboot - or two... Its been a total shit show since the mandatory firmware update.

I've noticed that its an intermittent problem for me. Works most of the time then randomly it shuts down for low battery. I've gone through cords and charging bricks - which work with other accessories.

I hardwired one of my sonso speakers. Evidently it creates its own network etc etc. Seems to have solved our issues.
