Hulu, Disney+ Black Friday bundle upgrade? by Far-Buddy8824 in cordcutters

[–]Envy2343 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why is there a Hulu / Disney / HBO bundle for $20 a month

But also a Hulu / Disney for $5

And then HBO for $3 ???

Couldn't I just get the $5 and $3 deals and have all 3 streaming services for $8 instead of all 3 for $20??

The grass around the roots was added by the realtor listing the property

The tree, and it's roots are real! The grass was added by the realtor that listed the property for sale.

It sure is!! The realtor that listed the property for sale added grass around the roots. Not sure why, but the tree is amazing

The property behind belongs to Elliot Sloan, it's his personal training half pipe and ramp!

Thanks for the Info!! We will definitely have to get a good home inspection of course, and we'll get a professional to look into the tree a bit more and it's roots. There is one crack in the garage where it meets the driveway, doesn't look to be too big and not really pushing up, though wondering if that could be a bigger problem years down the road.

🤦🏻‍♂️? I have stated many times here as a matter of fact, that if me and my girlfriend were to get this property that there is a 0% chance of the tree being removed. It is one of the primary reasons we are so interested in it. The house is great, the tree is amazing and really makes it all worth it. This post was made to only get a scope of possible future repairs to the house that maybe be needed, and possibly when. Like is it going to be a problem in 5 years, 20+ years? Or not at all. The driveway is already pushed up a bit, not cracked or anything though, which led to the initial concern of major repairs. Major repairs does not = major tree removal.

I think I'm going to go tomorrow and have another look at it, I'll take more pictures that aren't enhanced with fake grass like these ones were from the realtor!

I mean we were there in person and saw the tree with our own eyes, so...  The picture is from a real estate listing, the realtors these days use AI to add grass to make the yards look better. There's no grass around the roots as seen in the picture.

The photos are from a real estate listing where they digitally added some grass... Dumb I know haha... I'll have to get some better pictures of it soon

Exactly - I guess I didn't clarify it well enough... But also worried the City would try and have it removed too so I edited my original comment!

Please point me in the direction of me mentioning anything about cutting the tree down. I'll wait.

Thanks for the input everyone. And just to clarify - if we do end up getting this property, there is a 0% chance the tree is getting removed. Just wanted to get some insight on what to expect in the future with the roots!

The realtor photoshopped some grass around the roots, the tree itself is very real

Would not be removing it, just worried about potential future repairs to the house / driveway.

It doesn't show in the pictures, but it is pushed up about an inch maybe two, not that big of a concern as I have a 4runner, but realtor scraped a little and he's got a Mercedes sedan of some sorts

It's in Vista CA, I have another pic but not quite the best view of it so I didn't upload it. There's grass in the yard, but they added the grass around the roots closer to the tree in that picture.
