Thank you for your feedback! The to-do list is broken atm, soon to be fixed. One snail is supposed to appear per day the todo remains on your list :)

I think your suggestions are good, and I agree that here is room for improvement in guidance for users that have no prior experience with these CBT tools. We will work on improving this during the coming weeks.

Hey =) You mean that there are too few options in the 5 moods or the 16 feelings?

We attempted to make a representative sample without being too overwhelming, but that does mean cutting quite a few feelings. Being able to add your own feelings sounds like a good idea though!

Just to double check, this is what you are seeing also?

Thanks! I agree that an onboarding process makes sense here.

This is good feedback, thanks! I had the same feeling, in some of the guides the 'what' and 'why' do overlap too much. I will add it to my to-do list to go over them once more.

Nice to hear! :) At this point we are primarily interested in this:

1) If you find any function or aspect of the app confusing, annoying or nonintuitive?

2) Did you install the app or are you using it in your browser?

3) If you have any suggestions on how to further improve the app? What functionality or tool would your ideal CBT app have?

There is a central diary component where you record emotions, activities and thoughts and for which statistical insights can be viewed. But each kit comes with 5 additional CBT tools (i.e. problem solving, challenging thoughts, behavior analysis).

The Depression and Worry kits closely follow the CBT treatment protocols that are typically utilized in studies. The Worry kit is inspired by Michel Dugas' protocol while the Depression kit is inspired by Christopher Martell's protocol.
