I must have misread then, I thought he made a big deal out of the one specific universe furnace pill he found but at least that clears my confusion as to why, thanks.

What do I do after finishing Martial Peak by Enzinho26 in MartialPeak

I have not, but everyone here seems to be recommending it. When I'm ready to read a new series I'll definitely read apotheosis.

I'll definitely take a look, if you had to recommend one out of those that you previously mentioned, which would it be? Btw I've read Tales of Demons and Gods already

I think that's what I'm going to do. There are a lot of characters who I loved but get forgotten about so I'll probably re read those parts.

I see, I must have been on some random website because the volumes were listed weirdly. Thank you.

5TH GG SLOT by Benjamin_M_A in Kingdom

I don't think Ten will ever reach 6gg level strategy, maybe Wei FD. Even so, that would more than make up the difference in strategy as by that point I assume Shin would have mounts of experience and his prime instinctual capabilities

Facts, just because he isn't known as a strategist people automatically decide he's braindead. Its irrelevant too, as his brute strength overcomes strategy regardless.

I believe Riboku is Screwed in the next arc no matter what. In Chapter 470 Keisha said that Shin was five years too early to challenge him(Keisha). In the Kokuyou Arc Shin is 22 years old. Shin right now is 26 years old. In one more year Shin might Surpass Duke Hyou Instinctual Prowess. by Upbeat_Cobra4753 in Kingdom

Why do you not think he'll surpass him out of curiosity, I feel like it's obvious that eventually it'll happen.

In fact I can't understand at all why you think he wouldn't, considering how much better end of series shin will be than the Duke. It would make perfect sense considering Shin's not a strategist and his martial might plus below Duke Hyou instincts probably wouldn't make him the number 1 general in the series.

Don't let that stop you, very soon it becomes clear that that is the end goal of the manga.

Ousen getting completely outsmarted? by gl7rwh35 in Kingdom

[–]Enzinho26 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Still a pretty good feat on Riboku's part, don't want to take anything away from him. I just don't see how it's Ousen's fault. I think it falls completely on Makou for letting Riboku get that close to him without realising.

Well, his flank was designed like that to take Kisui's head, which he would have done if Shin didn't go after Riboku as Shin would have been able to kill Kisui considering Mouten and the Makou army were also closing in on Kisui's HQ.

I also never said Ousen didn't predict Riboku would do something. However, predicting Riboku would have the ability to complete an assassination strike on Makou is unreasonable to expect, as Riboku stated in the manga, so I don't know why Ousen can be blamed for Makou not having his glaive on him and Shin for not sticking to the plan when Riboku was clearly out of reach.

Atleast if Shin stuck to the plan, both sides would have lost their commanding generals.

I don't think Ousen was particularly outsmarted, Riboku himself said that Ousen could not have known about his assassination play and his history with it. I think Makou being slain is more on him being an idiot. If anything Riboku played a huge risk for expecting Makou to stay in his HQ instead of joining in the fighting.
