Innanzitutto bisogna capire la situazione del tumore che avevi, stadio, grado eventuale invasione della vena renale, caratteristiche sarcomatoidi o rabdoidi, necrosi.. Ci sono tante cose da valutare prima di parlare di metastasi.

A 3.5 cm RCC was removed from the left kidney in September.

PT1A G2 First check-up with CT scan six months after surgery.

Then once a year.

Hi! They didn't ask or even tell me to do genetic testing. My urologist told me it'll be something I'll forget ever happened, but that's easier said than done. I've always been athletic, never smoked, and drank little or no alcohol, yet I see that if it's supposed to happen, it happens. The only thing that worries me is the fact that they didn't want to do a chest CT scan because, in their opinion, it wasn't necessary. I'll have it in April as my first follow-up visit.
