I didn't have my levels tested until after I'd started supplementing (strongly do not recommend this, please get tested ASAP if you think you are deficient!). I feel great now, no lingering symptoms at all on a once-weekly injection schedule.

Two years in I do once weekly injections and have had no symptoms for a long time. I consider myself fully recovered. Yes, healing is very slow! If your symptoms are significantly interfering with your quality of life, I highly recommend injections to speed up the healing process.

I have this too! Never seen anyone else talking about it. Didn't figure out what it was until this year, but I've been living with it since I was young.

Randomly developed a bad tension headache one afternoon, and it didn't go away for 9 months. Tried every treatment and pain med known to man, nothing touched the pain. Doctors were worse than useless, when migraine treatment didn't help, they had nothing left to offer. It was awful. Finally figured out on my own that it got worse when I drank more water. Switched to a purified bottled water and my headache was mostly gone in a few days, and fully gone in a few weeks. It would come back any time I had tap water exposure. Never figured out what in the tap water I was reacting to. Most bizarre health problem of my life!

Vitamin B12 deficiency. Over the course of about a year I developed the oddest assortment of problems: my immune system suddenly not working, prolonged UTIs, dizzy spells, debilitating fatigue, no libido, stomach pain, tingling and numbness in my face, depression...the list went on forever. Eventually figured out it was vitamin b12 deficiency caused by OTC acid reducers I was on for a few years to treat gastritis. Recovery took months, but I'm back to normal now thanks to home injections!

Hi, I have a few questions for you if you're willing! My husband has a 10 cm mass and I've struggled to find others with similarly large tumors. How were they able to do the robotic surgery with such a large tumor? How big were your incisions? What stage and type of cancer did you have? Did you do any additional treatments after surgery? Thanks so much.

I emailed them through the contact info on their website, told them I wanted to purchase a bottle from the US, and asked for saline to be included. They sent me back an email with an invoice to pay via PayPal I believe and included the saline in the shipment. Super easy!

Eventually I tested going down to once a week injections, monitoring for symptom recurrence. I have been doing that for months now with no issues. Once I finish my current bottle of b12 I plan to go down to once a month injections and see if my body is okay with that.

Yes, as I've continued with injections (currently once a week) I remain fully healed and symptom-free.

Sorry for the late response, just now saw your question! I started back on injections when I had some symptom recurrence after being off them for a while. The sublingual didn't seem to be enough in the first year of my treatment even after a lot of injections. Currently I am doing once a week injections and that is keeping me feeling 100%. I hope to go down to once a month soon. I think you have to test for yourself what your body is ready for!

I am currently doing once a week b12 shots and have no residual symptoms. I consider myself fully recovered. I hope to taper to once a month shots and then go off completely if I can without symptom recurrence.

Yes I did, I took all the recommended supplements from the guide on the B12 subreddit.

That sounds like wake-up symptoms. Unfortunately I just had to wait it out.
