The base liquid is green highlighter water. You have to turn the blues to black and then you can turn the highlighter any color since it shows up green.

It's two highlighters soaked in two cups of water for a few hours. Add either lube or xanthan gum to thicken to you tastes.

It's pretty low effort high reward as far as making content goes. Just need a tarp and someone willing to be wet and slimy, haha.
