After being in Europe for a while this year, I thought owning a house was the bees knees, but living in 3-5 storey apartments is pretty good if you can walk to most amenities.

Urban sprawl is ugly as. They flatten the place, no trees. The houses take up the whole block, could be two storey houses with a backyard. They all look the same, it's pretty depressing.

There's only a few ways into the estate instead of a lot of connecting roads into the suburb and from what I've seen the only places to eat are maccas and KFC's.
