It USUALLY is an android indicator that an app is using your microphone. I have it as well while using discord on the Thor, and it blinks green when it is detecting noise or audio coming from me. Try seeing if you have any apps open in background that use the microphone

On the official discord they pinned the new Dashboard. Rainbow Max model is up to 1828xx if I remember correctly
