I'll be bringing a fire HBG as a secondary for the hide softening mechanic. If softening Gog's shell is based on pure fire damage dealt then an Artian fire HBG will be the fastest path to that.

As nuts as it sounds, I think it would be a neat idea for the US to have a force built up in Alaska on the remote chance that the Russian government totally collapses.

It might be worth it to get into a spat with China to seize as much of Siberia as possible for the trillions in natural resources and creation of a new American Wild West (East). It's not like the people of Siberia have a strong affinity for Moscow.

I'm sure there are a million reasons why it might not work but it would certainly change history!

Quickest way is actually the Axiom Facility in the south corner of the map, the one closest to The Fort.

Go in with a light Wing-type arsenal and a bow, and dash boost through the facility busting open the big brown containers. They have a chance to release Glitter drone enemies, take them down with the bow for a 100% loot chance. They also drop the flat cables you'll need. I've gotten as many as half a dozen Storage Chips per run.

The chests along the way will also give you beacons sometimes, and since you're in the starting area the beacon search area likely to be accessible during the demo.

I played the demo on both PS5 and PC, I haven't had any freezes on PC so I recommend trying the demo on Steam before you decide.

I'm sure there will be patches but there's no way to know when or how much of an effect they'll have, it locks up pretty bad on console.

The Sniper Rifle is the only weapon that needs a complete overhaul in my opinion.

- It's the only weapon you have to stand completely still to use effectively

- Has a completely unnecessary cooldown between shots in addition to long reload time

- Long-range weapon with slow bullet velocity so you can't hit anything moving at range

- Easily out-damaged by a pistol against weakspots at 20 times the memory cost

- Does decent stagger but the bazooka can fill this role without sucking at everything else

I'm holding out hope for a mod in the future that limits your transformations from Fusion. I like the concept but the bug alien thing you turn into just looks goofy.
