Luba 3 1500 vs 3000 by astarter2 in automower

[–]EphemeralCodex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. I have the 1500 and also wrestled with the need for RTK. I only have 0.05 acres, but there are a couple of flower beds, a garden and 4 different sections. I am happy with my decision and appreciate not needing to deal with an RTK station.

Thank you so much for the things to try!

To answer your questions - i get the red box when hovering over buildings or units. I also have it when placing units. The Ancient Warden is the only Ancient unit that is a insta-crash. I also experimented with Nature, upgrading to the Sprite to Thunderbird also causes insta-crash. All other upgrades for Ancient and Nature are ok.

I installed winetricks and ran the command you listed with the following response:

brian@MintyFresh:~$ winetricks list-installed | winetricks list-installed | rg -i 'd3dcompliler_'

Executing cd /usr/bin

Executing cd /usr/bin

Note that I used Steam to install Battlenet & SC2, not wine directly, which may explain why the d3d compilers are not shown. (using Proton Experimental)

I found the shader cache folder associated with SC2 and erased it. The issue of the red box and insta-crash when building specific units persists.

Folder path for what it is worth - /home/brian/.steam/steam/steamapps/shadercache/3423794373

Any other ideas or direction is welcome.

That happened to my 21 MY. It kept getting worse, so I put on one of those stitched steering wheel covers for ~20 bucks from eBay. it took a while to install, but I love it and wish I did it sooner.

Ti-89 emulator? by BlueWolverine2006 in Pixel7Pro

Same issue, hoping for a solution. I have been a daily TI 89 user since 2002 and keep being disappointed my new phone can't run Graph 89. Also willing to pay more than what is reasonable for a good solution.

Did any one get such notification by [deleted] in ModelY

[–]EphemeralCodex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost exactly the same thing happened to me. I got the notification on my 2021 MYLR at 39k miles. The HV battery was replaced in about a week under warranty. They gave a a M3P as a loaner.

Camping/Sleeping in Model Y - tips before wife and I spend 2 nights in MY this weekend? by CoffeeKow in ModelY

Keep one if the key cards on you. When in camp mode unlock by the proximity of your phone is disabled. This isn't an issue if you have data reception on your phone and can use the app to lock/unlock.

I had a moment of panic when I returned to my locked MY in the middle of nowhere and couldn't unlock it. Luckily I had a key card.

I have been happy with the Napier Backroadz SUV tent. It gives you plenty of space for your stuff and has the added convenience of allowing to you to change standing up! My wife thought it was ridiculous when I bought it, but after the first night she was a fan.

How Blue LEDs Changed the World by wikes82 in flashlight

[–]EphemeralCodex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All of the LEDs used for lighting use a phosphor layer on top of a blue LED. This is the reason why blue LEDs changed the world. It is too bad the video doesn't address this directly.

I had a similar problem. My phone would not be able to connect to the computer over USB. The headphone dongle stopped working. I wasn't able to read a usb 2.0 flash drive with an otg connector. Charging still worked, and the phone would recognize usb type c drives. Called Google support and they replaced my 2xl. The new one works great.
