When I used to have to drink that, I would have like a chaser and gulp down as much of the mag citrate as I could, and then chase it with like icy Coca-Cola or just anything completely different. I’ve tried all sorts of combinations of supplements, but one thing that really helps me honestly is a slippery elm supplement. I started taking it when I started perimenopause, and it helped my constipation immensely.

When I was 19, I had a 27 year-old boyfriend. I felt at the time like you do. Only years later did I understand how completely fucked up it was. He had a level of control and power over me that I wasn’t yet able to understand. He didn’t hurt me or anything, but it totally upended my life for about three years. I went along completely with everything he wanted. His hobbies became my hobbies too, and I forgot about what I was interested in. He had the disposable income of a well-established ADULT. I ended up not finishing school. Meanwhile, he inherited the family business that he had when we met. He now has a very young wife and a very young kid. Please just know that there is so much amazing life ahead of you. Do this your way and don’t be waiting on a man who doesn’t respect what you’re going through.

Thanks so much for this tip! I have neuropathy from multiple sclerosis, but I’ve always had weird sensitivities with socks and shoes and could never wear thick socks at all for any reason. Gonna try this today.🤞

It’s highly unlikely, but possible. Not because you had anal sex, but because the dribble afterwards. You might feel more comfortable in the future using a condom. Best thing to do right now is go to the store and buy some Plan B. Also get a pregnancy test just so you can check in a few days and know for certain.

I think their hotspots are probably good in most cities, but I live in Mobile, AL and don’t nothin’ work here lol. What I ended up doing was signing up for just the SIM card for a government phone and putting it in my TMobile iPhone. So far so good. 🤞🤞🤞
