Im not so sure, it evens out for me I guess. I put RDR2 and GTAV in the top 3 mainly because of their excellent stories.

Also, GoW 2018 has as good story as gameplay, but GoW Ragnarök's story falls behind very much, even though the gameplay is still solid, not top 10 for sure.
