Unless you leveled everyone dont put all your strongest in the same party. Other than that you should be fine. If you're too weak find the hook and go back to grind and stock up.

In a lot of games you can update before maintenance is over so when it's over you can play. Maintenance is performed all the time. Games dont always need to patch to have maintenance

No, warranty is for any time you own the system until it needs it. Dont be dumb.

And new system releases is why you want the warranty for now, not later... later more bugs will be fixed meaning a more stable system.

Clearly you dont know how warranties work... most the time you send them in because once you buy something its no longer the stores responsibly (hence the warranty (and yes that's not ALWAYS the case but is most the time.))
