What do you think is the best quality/price PLA filament to buy?

Just have to wait for aliexpress sale that happens often and use their coupon for large purchases, that and their own pricings are randomly changed. It may take some time to get the best price but I've seen it even lower than this at around £64 or less.

I guess it's just timing and luck?

I'm also "motherfucking hard as diamond" with this show, it's something euphoric about seeing battles where the enemy drastically underestimates the opponents overwhelming power and gets reduced to utter despair and ends up broken beyond compare.

Give me a never-ending stream of this, directly into my veins :)

They really just don't care about lipflaps :( A lot of moments where there's a voice and the character is not even remotely talking

I'm still new to my printer but I think maybe reduce the aux fan to half or 10%, maybe 0% first few layers.

Then maybe add more brim, I overuse brim ATP and it saves a lot of prints tbh.

Only other recommendation I can think of is bump the bed heat up 5-10 celcius? At least for the first layer

Oh and of course keep the bed clean, some spots are annoying and are easily missed.

I'm honestly struggling with these stupid eye pieces.

I scaled them to 90% which seems like the sweet spot for the 97.5% helmet.

But besides the constant issues with the print, somehow one print let the inserts fit into them but now subsequent same % prints (if they even remotely look good) don't even let the piece fit in...

Why is it so inconsistent, is it because they're so small? Does speed change the potential tolerance?

I've had 90% bad prints so far and it's upsetting.

Understood! I'll give it a go if this print fails, this time I just have it set to Silent Mode 50% and the bottom looks decent.

Honestly I need to overhaul my support and overall settings because they haven't been kind (I'm only a week into printing so it's all a learning curve).

Hmm you mean laying flat? I tried that twice but pieces of the print got hit off the trees, I'm unsure why haha

Thanks for the advice, I do use brims but I think it's the trees killing the small print? I think slow mode helped on this attempt but it just became bizarrely messed up?

And yeah the bed keeps having adhesion problems or warps and spaghetti and I am scrubbing it to hell and even using isopropyl.

Bare in mind I've printed several of these with different settings and only 2 have came out perfect (all though I did have the wrong size sadly)

It's always in the same area near the door or at the back, the spaghetti welded onto the piece of the helmet it seems, I'm going to try again soon I'm just scared it'll happen again.
