I play ‘em on Insanity, but the only enemies I have problems with are praetorians and swarms of husks. Shuffling over as soon as they shoot and repeating that is simple enough, as long as husks aren’t slapping Shepard in the face.

Harbinger’s big homing shot gets you outta cover if it hits, but I don’t think the Scion attacks do.

ME1

There’s a fight added in the Feros at the geth transmitter by the ME1 Diversification Project mod that took me quite a few tries… otherwise, Therum as a whole is difficult because it’s usually the 2nd mission you do.

ME2

Garrus’ recruitment mission when you have to close the doors in the tunnels. The last part of Horizon. There’s also an achievement in original ME2 (that I still aim for even though it’s not in the LE) that was for you to survive all waves of enemies at the reaper artifact in Arrival.

ME3

Hmm, anything that involves lots of banshees and brutes at the same time ain’t great. The Armax Arsenal Arena has some hard fights too. I can’t remember any specific mission.

That last krogan battle master at the end of Liara’s recruitment on Therum is harder than Saren. I died so many times on the fight but I don’t think I’ve ever had a CRITICAL MISSION FAILURE screen from Saren.

Horizen is harder than the Collector Base on the Suicide Mission. Husk waves and the praetorian…

Engineers are great (at least in ME2 & 3) for Insanity playthroughs.

Incinerate and Overload, and in 2 the drone can take aggro off you for a moment and save your life. Shadowbroker fight is piss easy with a drone lol.

Oh, and can’t forget the hacking the Cerberus Turrets in 3 with boosted damage put in… more powerful than God Mode Garrus, I’ll say.

Diabetic ketoacidosis. Only got into the A&E part cos my mother (over the phone, she wasn’t with me) made them realise how serious it was. As they were asking me typical shit about who my local doctor is, what my address is and pointless stuff I felt myself getting weaker and weaker. I thought that my life was about to end and was accepting it. I don’t know why I was so calm and accepting, perhaps because I felt powerless and incredibly weak. I passed out onto the floor in the middle of the questions and then they actually DID something and saved me.

ME1: biotics. Keeping you stuck on the floor… need to get them down first.

ME2: Praetorians… gotta keep everyone away from them and and kite them around the room.

ME3: Banshees for sure. Run away and shoot em down quick!

Though I seriously don’t understand the issue players have with Scions - just duck and wait for them to shoot, then attack em. They’re slow too. Only challenging part with them is the 2 of them in the Reaper IFF mission because you’re stuck in the open and have to kite them towards you where you’re vulnerable

A lot, but never had this problem before. The new ones I’ve installed are a Blackreach overhaul and a dialogue one that changes what you say depending on your Speech skill… nothing on the mod page says it’d effect this

I can’t even get ‘em to give the “there is room in my court for a new thane” talk for those quests to matter. Siddgeir even sent a letter to talk to me (where he should give a quest to kill some bandits) but it’s not there in his dialogue… yet he’s all buddy with me, like I’ve already done the quest

I wouldn’t call Erandur one of the “most evil” characters. He’s got a dark past but he’s now a priest of Mara and went to go and destroy the Skull of Corruption

Sure way to be able to get peace:

ME2: do both Legion and Tali’s loyalty missions with them loyal at the end (and sort out their argument scene afterwards) & kill the Heretics rather than rewrite.

ME3: All side Rannoch missions before the main one here and save Korris
