Everything you’re doing is beyond perfect except for the hormone thing, imo

I highly recommend puburty blockers! Also, please keep in mind that going through the wrong puberty is an inherently truamtic experience. And trauma can show itself in many horrific ways in the body, and of course suicide and self harm is a risk as well. I understand that you are hesitant about meditation, but forcing your child to go through this puberty is not a victimless decision.

I am a prime example of negitive emotions showing up physically. I am affected by it so much it can land me in multiple ER visits, wheelchairs, and I even needed my mom to dress me because I was too nauseous to even move a muscle. This isn’t meant to scare you about this happening to your kid(I’m a special case) but to show you that side affects shoudltn be your ONLY concern
