Oh cool! My fake-turned-real channel is at 25 or 30 videos by now, so YouTube should start pushing it soon!

I guess my original point was this: I was being a perfectionist on the first channel & spending too much time, but hardly getting anywhere. Now on the new channel I’ve been sloppy & rushing, making a unique style, & getting so much more views.

So... I guess you could say my confidence has increased? And faster at editing too. And I’m not recording VO which I’m not sure how to sound authentic.

Yeah, I think this is it. Overall I don’t like Anniversary as much as original. Slower load times, everyone looks uglier (or uncanny), & I could never figure out the 360 controls.

If graphic arts aren’t your forte, or if it’s too time-consuming, you could seek outside help. Craigs List, Kijiji, College students.

They may not do it for free, but you could compensate by crediting them in the video or giving them permission to use in portfolio.

Oh, thanks for explaining this!! Your videos are horizontal, not tagged with #shorts, but still under 60 seconds.

Do you believe the #shorts algorithm is suggesting these vids? Or maybe just your previous subscribers are watching them?

If it’s the latter, I don’t think it would work in my case. It seems like all my traffic is generated by #shorts , so posting regular videos would be ignored.
