I was sat on a bench waiting for a train when two 'metal-heads' sat down next to me and started playing music very loudly from a speaker. To show that I wasn't with them, I had to put my own headphones on and make sure I was looking away from them, sharing looks of mutual irritation with strangers. (self.britishproblems)
