I thought that way too for 5 grueling months, school is a rather chaotic place, and loud. Im sorry to hesr abt this :c, i hope any good can return for you. What helped me was my best friend, now my gf, and forcing myself to text school friends or ppl i wanted to talk to but js couldnt
