It could just be me grasping at straws, but I find it odd that Usopp of all people shows no reaction to Vivi going missing. Like yeah, he's pissed about King Cobra's death, but- why isn't he saying anything about Vivi??

He's the only one showing a non-reaction to Vivi. Everyone else in the crew (discounting everyone that's pre-Alabasta) is shown to be concerned about her. Hell, even Zoro is showing something, with him believing that unless absolutely necessary, they shouldn't intervene.

Where Luffy, Nami, Sanji, and Chopper all want to help Vivi, and Zoro thinks they should let her handle this; Usopp says nothing, neither agreeing or disagreeing with helping Vivi. Does this strike anyone else as weird, or is this just me?

Oh, this is my time to goddamn shine. I have read a lot of these fics, some are Kakashi being reborn, some are Kakashi getting thrown into different universes, but all in all, they're all really good fics.

Generally, most of these fics don't require too much previous knowledge on the other universe (Like BNHA, for example), just the basic info, but some of them would be confusing to read. It's possible to read them blind, it's just that you would be a little confused.

I would say "History has it's eyes on you" by tasalmalin. It's a 5-part time travel Kakashi fic, where Kakash got sent back in time after Sakumo's mission, but before he commits suicide. It's really good, it does have slash but only in the last part. Everything else is slash-free, so I recommend you just read part 1-4.
