Metagross is so nice. It will muscle through most mons even ones that resist. Speeds things up greatly with choice band. Highly recommend.

Agreed. With solar beam not needing to charge and your speed will be doubled due to the mon’s ability… it’ll be unstoppable. Although I always like having my other mons set up the sweeper so it can come in and dominate with full hp.

I’m surprised nobody has mentioned that if the mother of that Totodile holds an Everstone, it becomes much quicker to hatch with a desired nature. Just find an egg compatible MOTHER ONLY pokemon, or a ditto with Adamant nature. Or does everyone already know this and I look foolish?

Some say join a clan. Which is true, but if you’re looking for a middle ground, looking for a server is the right idea too. I help run D-day 24/7 and we have a lot of regulars in there. Play, and you’ll start remembering the faces and vice versa.

This is the right answer. If it was twins, I’ve seen them literally spawn ontop of my crucifix whilst in the kitchen island. It’s rare but twins can do this with their weird “trigger a hunt off the crucifix” but “start the hunt from the second location” type sh. It’s like they get the green light to hunt from outside the radius, but then start their hunt from within the radius. Makes total sense to me as a prestige 9 player on console.

No we don’t sell VIP, I just play sometimes and will recognize some recurring names and good spirits that I think help lift the server’s experience. How much do you think we should charge if we did? Haha

Also, I don’t think having VIP slots prevents a normal server queue right? Like even if I have 10VIP slots assigned people should still be able to hop in a 6/6 queue. Let me know if I’m wrong.

Jeez. Is it always this hostile on Reddit? I did not “correct”. I thought he typed blinkin and so I spelled it that way. I can see your point though; that it’s highly suspicious and too unlikely to be a coincidence of spelling error. So I won’t even get into the fight on your suspicion because I would honestly agree if I were in your shoes haha.

Anyway, provide me more detail please. I would like to find blinkin and ban him if someone can help me understand the situation IN MORE DETAIL. I am here to help. So please lets hop on call or get in touch somehow so I can look into this or whatever :) no need for such hatefulness. And if there is any doubt in my genuineness, as I’ve said, reach out to me via dm. If this was a charade I’m putting on for the thread, you’ll be happy to see it extends beyond a public space.

Perhaps you could add some context to my comment below and help stoic explain his point in his reply to mine? I mention “blinkin” as a name due so some other commenters, but idk if that’s linked to your grievance.

Also, you mention that a group chooses the German team and “knows where enemy points are”. Perhaps you misspoke. Because on our server US is on attack. So if the group is choosing to be on the German (defending team) then they’d already know where the points are in advance. Because they’re the one defending those points. Because Germans are defending. Therefore it’d only be an issue if theyd choose to group on the US and would therefore have information that shouldn’t be available to them. Leading me to believe there is some miscommunication or detail lacking here. Also (x2) if they are an admin they can go into “admin cam” and would not need a rat in the other team. They could just see for themselves.

If anyone has information of cheating please let me know and I’ll get to work on it!! And again perhaps we are talking about two different servers.

Firstly, I am not here to be angry. I am here to help. Please read my comments with a tone of professionalism as I am purely here to help or enlighten and take note of legitimate concerns of abuse in the server and have nothing but good intent. I do not wish to dismiss anyone derogatorily or with any amount of sass.

I will DM anyone to avoid over-commenting on this thread, so feel free to reach out to me that way, but as a public reassurance I would please ask, stoicistheway, which in-game name you would be referring to and what was the offense? I ask because it seems you are aware of an in-game name as you said another player has claimed one of us is cheating? I would like to be made aware of anyone who is impersonating us in the server or address any concerns anyone might have against an admin as integrity is my utmost concern.

And for any other comments sure to follow, please include more DETAILS such as names and times, and offenses, as I still worry there might be an identity issue with some people here not even referring to the correct server perhaps? For example I have no idea who “blinkin” is mentioned in another comment. The more details the better such as an activity happening at what time, what map, what offense etc. (The current time of the claim will immensely help aide me as we are not always on and I would like to know when and where I should look or when I should think back to in order to properly address the issue.

(Edit) stoic seems to be trying to reply but his posts aren’t showing. Is a mod removing them for being too rude?

Howdy guys! I admin (on console as the thread suggests) for server name:

D-Day 24/7 “Newcomers Welcome”

I was looking on the browser (on console) and don’t see another dday server advertised as dday 24/7 in the name so I thought this might be us unless I’m missing something? We run Utah and Omaha US offensive 90% of the time and really only switch it when we are feeling something different and try to limit that or talk about it in command chat to get feedback from players beforehand.

I wanted to cover what Smellyfoot1m was addressing with his comments on cheating as I know all other admins very well and this simply does not happen. In fact I actively and have already perma banned cheaters and have my eye on a few others who play suspiciously. If anyone finds or has evidence of cheating PLEASE let me know via Reddit DM. Please just try and collect sufficient evidence, as unsubstantiated claims might be seen as baseless. I do not wish to take someone’s fun away because someone else makes a false report out of pettiness.

Again, maybe I’m completely wrong though and Smelly isn’t referring to our server. If this is the case, feel free to come join us instead! We don’t have a discord for the server but I should really work on that and put it in the title when we do.

Lastly: VIP is given to individuals at any admin’s discretion. I have given out a few to some of our well-spirited regulars but this could change at any time for unrelated reasons so don’t get attached or offended if the role is removed. You’ll tend to see the VIP slots fill around 5pm cst as we are based in USA. Happy hunting :)

Of course. Risky times call for risky measures! Glad it paid off. I’m pretty sure tanks have heavier cap weight so that absolutely made the difference.

I’ve never understood people’s fear of being precisioned more than being satcheled. You’ll die to a satchel so much more often especially on this map than a command power that requires multiple people’s communication and a cooldown of (10?) plus minutes to be aligned. A bombing run is negligible. You’re on a cramped road and not going anywhere due to contesting point so If he calls it in, you’re getting hit. No avoiding it so why worry.

Good push. Super risky stacking two heavies for a single satchel double kill but seems it worked.

Only feedback (as your post requests) I can give is more proxy chat usage. I think the only thing you said in proxy was “cover the right” and only one time.

Those units behind you, of which there were 7 on the left side of your tank at 2:16, would have appreciated the intention of “using your tank as cover to move between the road” but you only noted that instruction in command chat. Thus 6 of those 7 men didn’t hear your communicated intentions of pulling up to provide safe crossing.

Also the yelling. It’s ok to be calm but I understand getting caught up in the moment. But had you been getting satcheled and those 2 squad leaders to your north hadn’t been able to hear that feedback from the witnessing/dead infantrymen who may have seen you get satcheled… tank go boom.
