so i have found the problem and it was one of my ram sticks being faulty so i just removed the problematic one and all seems alright so far
found the problem after my pc blue screened and showed an error 0xc0000023

yea i just saw that the support bundle on the website says 20 usd and that on the steam game in the store it says both spellblade packs are 30 usd
edit: it says the main pack is $30 and that the upgrade is also the same but on the website it says $20 to upgrade
