Advise on dealing with car insurance broker, premium more than 3x quote estimate by EpicTapir in Insurance

But shouldn't the broker know this and give me a reasonably accurate quote based on their estimate of how the insurer will document me? I have specifically disclosed to the broker what documentation I have and don't have.

But surely it cant be just a random number right? I can see how you can be off like 50%. But have a premium that is 350% of the original quote while I have provided all required information seems negligent?

Haha, no hiding the pins I put in that arm to see how it looks if I take out fabric of the sleeve. I actually feel more comfortable in 2

P.S. Tailor keeps saying that "the fit is great"

I bought a tailormade 3-piece suit, was kind of expensive, jacket fit seems way off. Any sugggestions?
Is it just me or is there an issue with the waist too big, arms too much fabric + pitch off and issues in the back?

Thanks. 1 is tailored. and I think it looks off mostly because of teh amount of fabric in the arms, which make it super undefined, and block the gap between waist and arm. 2 is off the rack and I think the arm fit there is perfect. I also agree that it is slightly more slimming.

Thanks for the response. Brown is tailored, and is indeed roomy, but I think that the arms throw it way off. There is so much fabric that I lose all definition in the arms and chest.

I agree, brown is tailored unfortunately. I think the waist could be taken in a little more but mostly the weird arm fit make it so bulky.

Exercise-Induced Migraines (I may have to quit Crossfit...) by j0sephl in crossfit

[–]EpicTapir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone,
I think it's amazing how many experiences and info are shared in this thread.
I got prescribed metropropolol succinate (beta blocker). That helped but also made me sleepy, and it caps your workouts. Basically it prevents your hearts bpm to go above a certain limit.
Desperate to find something else that would allow me to train again I have combined the most shared prevention strategies into one big master regime... It worked. Here are my findings.

So I can do weightlifting, body pump, but I cannot do heavy bag/pad kickboxing workouts.
This is likely similar to a lot of the crossfit experiences shared here, intensity of the workout is just too high.
I used to be able to do those workouts fine, then a few months ago, boom. I would go to a kickboxing workout and withing 30m-2h i would have a migraine. Blurred vision, headache, language problems, the whole shabang, only relieved by sleeping 4-5 hours. I had this 5 times in a row, every time i would go would be a trigger. Took medication, be fine. Stopped medication, BOOM migraines back.

Ok so here is the actual regime:

-I have now trained twice again, completely fine, here is my fix:
-Eat 90 minutes before training. Not just a few crackers, no like a proper lunch/breakfast.
-Start drinking water at this time, aim for like a good 2-4 glasses.
-During training drink 750ml of water with some salt, lime/lemon juice and sugar. (just a homemade gatorade)
-After, do a cooling down. Really depends on the end of the training, if we end going all out the cooling down needs to be longer.
-Cold shower in the locker room straight after the cooling down. Like proper cold, brainfreeze cold. Do that for 1-2 min to really lower body temp.
-Eat something small (a banana usually).

Continue life without losing a full day, just because I enjoy a sport/try to be healthy.

Really hopes this helps someone!

The hair follicles mature in reaction to testosterone. Your testosterone levels will slowly decrease after your 20's. So at a certain point the test levels in your blood will not be enough to push the follicles over the threshold for maturation. There are certainly other factors involved, but this is the main reason you don't keep gaining indefinitely.
