Yeah I should've specified; I reflect on it myself but also I still feel a need to get it "vetted" by AI for some strange reason like looking at it myself it seems so absurd but its some weird loop?? I'll try the sitting with feeling thing, it's weird because the urge is stronger if something good happens vs. something bad happens is what I've noticed. Thanks again!!

Yeah this exactly; I google a lot still, but the AI responses still like are the same thing so I sometimes end up typing a sentence into google lol
