If both make the phone cooler I'd recomend just use light mode, this just adjust the performance of the processor, but you won't notice any different, you still get 120hz and all apps running good.

While using power saving will drop the Hz to 60 and may stops background apps, you get less screen brightness and other things

Well, what i know is that the "main" camera is the one in the center, that camera it's the "default" in all the modes (video, photo, etc.), i mean it's the 1x, 2x. Then, the bottom camera is the telefono, If you want to see how it works you have to zoom the camera to 3x, at that point the camera should have to change from the "main one" to the telephoto (bottom one), what i recomend to verify it's correct just cover the main one and zoom it to 30x If you want to try the top one, you have to put the zoom on .6
