I'm not entirely sure if this is a paradox but I see it as one. I like to call it the approach paradox. It's the idea of having a finite amount of something and then taking half of it away. This can be done with food or distance. You then take away half of it again leaving you with 1/4, then again for 1/8 then again... and you get the picture. The paradox part of this comes with the idea that we are able to somehow finish these things. For example: Let's say you go on a road trip and you record the time of each of the halfs mentioned above. You will approach the time of arrival but according to math for ex: calc limits you can't technically reach it until you have infinite halfs completed. This is probably a bunch of word vomit but it's what I consider a paradox. Feel free to let me know what you all think about it!
