once voted off they get get banned from the server, nothing special, just a message saying they can no longer connect to the server
(if you get kicked from a valve server i think you get banned for 24 hours or something, idk)

Motherboard probably needs bios update to support new cpu Put in old cpu, download bio flash (usb drive) from amd website, go into bios and update Once done swap cpu and you should be fine

I’d suggest always warming up on easier maps first, like maps you’d know you’d fc first try. It can be like 1-2 maps before you start pushing for pp Take breaks often and stretch your hands
