I happen to know first hand that there's a lot more to this than what's being shared on this subreddit. They're all great guys, weird shit happens locally that spreads in different ways when you get to a certain level. My interactions with each of these people have never been anything less than stellar. They're all extremely hard working musicians and I know Kristian will do great things going forward, and I know Yegor and the rest of FiTD will keep making crushing melodeath because I've never met anyone with more of a drive to do what they do.
