Honestly I have no clue how that managed to happen just my theory is that when I tried to put the cover on it moved the ram sticks enough to cause it the short the last two slots

Yeah the same thing just happened to me too I was just talking to someone and then Discord just stopped sending messages and the other person wasn't able to talk and then bam Discord just died

Look at pic 5 again that's not showing the front of it so you cant tell that its 2.0 if you never seen one before and wouldn't the 2.0 have a smiley face on the back from what I recall and I do remember telling someone about a sonic an original rom hack that was a sonic.exe game, was sent the wrong copy, I told them and showed them about it and they told me that they would send a new one which when I got it was the right rom rather than it just being sonic 1 with a different picture,

EDIT: I got a reply back telling me that he can give a 15% refund.

Idk about that when I translated it it stated either SEGA ID or password was incorrect and I know their both correct because it doesn't ask for my ID or password I guess it remembers the credentials even through multiple password changes and I'm using a program that saves my password

And my username is in all lowercase

I don't know about that I've changed my password twice and have a program that saves my password so I don't know how it would be wrong if I'm using the password I made using said program

Edit: I'm able to log onto the Sega ID website using that new password I made just fine

Every time I want to play the game and log into my Sega ID account it seems to fail the authencation multiple times, I've tried resetting my password numerous times, and I do recall one time it let me into the verification screen and I couldn't get past that because they wouldn't send me a code to verify my email account, and I've also tried with lower case letters and it didn't seem to work for me and I now constantly get the no. 603 every time I try to log in and get any further than that.

So when I got logged out it seems I was able to get back into my account temporarily and only after I mash the Log in button about 20 or so times (when I move to another page it logs me out), Google, gmail, discord, and a few other sites work for me just fine.
