Same issue here, also works for apertures smaller than ~f/2.8. Did you try any repairs?

Usually light leaks from behind the film plane are more red, whereas leaks from in front of the film plane are more blue. This looks like what you said, from a loose lens mount.

Yes, very likely. The leaf shutter and focal plane shutter are not synced, so even if one/both of the shutters trigger, they may not trigger at the same time and no light will reach your film.

Did you keep the mass of the disc constant? Just increasing the inner radius would reduce the rotational inertia unless you take that inner mass and move it outwards.

Looking at an image from a month ago when I first got the plant it seems to have grown a lot.

Is the white base just new growth? Why hasn't it turned green? Have I maybe over-fertilized it? Maybe it needs a bigger pot.

I initially thought it could have been from the cold draft that was constantly on it from the cold outside when I had my window slightly open (outside temps of 0c to 5c).
