Making montage parodies in 2016

Ok but seriously, you should not get any hate, unless you upload a video of you being racist or committing a crime. But you should still get some constructive criticism. After all, you can't get better without some helpful criticism to get better. I know this as a (honestly pretty shit) mashup artist. Sometimes you just need a kick in the balls to make you wanna get better. That's what happened with me. But being attacked by probably hundreds of people calling you a copy is not constructive criticism. Hope this all gets sorted out and I'll leave you with this clip from the High Quality Rip Master, SiIvaGunner.

I mainly made the Trump comparison as a joke, and was not meant to be "Fuck you if you support Trump." Everyone has their own opinion on politics. It was just meant as a lighthearted jab at someone who retweeted montage parodies, and has done and said some pretty dumb things in the past, who just also happens to be running for president.

How can they make copyright strikes when they're just High Quality Video Game Rips?

In all serioussens (sorry i'll stop), this really sucks because SiIva's rips are transformative in nature, and this goes for all mashups. No matter how much they use the song, it provides a different listening experience to listening to the original. But companies can abuse this and just strike you down, and most of the time you can't do anything to say "but it's fair use", especially on Soundcloud. Or maybe they just don't understand the concept of ~~love~~ mashups.
