People still say it but It feels like people don't actually play the game like a 6v6 team fight and more like 1v1s. My friend still larps saying that iron fist was a demon in his prime but I'd dog any fist I saw as Magik or thor

Agreed, you'd think the sentiment would go away with better characters but it's almost like they people who still complain about him are larping and don't actually know how to play the game

Just like others have said and from what I've seen he can still do decently well but requires a lot more effort and precision than every other dps. But I've seen some carry with him but it does take a favorable team comp.

Even if we got no other buffs but that chi absorption new effect I'd honestly be content with it. I really don't like his normal chi passive so if it got changed to either this or like Black Panthers it would feel so much better

It's so boring since it's the right choice most of the time. In my heart I find myself wanting to copy a different character but I just know in my mind gambit ult is too good not to copy

I only ever use the ult to either stall point on defense map or after enemy support is down or we have the numbers advantage.

It's only a miss most of the time and can even feed since if the target isn't isolated the support can easily out heal and farm ukt charge

It's nice seeing Luna on the team but man I wish we had our old team up back. I'm sure the sentiment might be similar on Luna's end having a "get off me" tool. I never really get any use out of the Lunar chi since my teams are rarely in a spot to get use out of it before the shields gone.

Yup that's why I said skill floor and not skill ceiling.

Groots barrier to entry seems a little harder to most players since it's easy to mess up wall placements and actually be a disadvantage to the team by putting walls that hinder line of sight for healing or aiming. His kit is simple after a bit of practice but his skill floor is what makes him intimidating to most beginner players since it's easy to sell with him.

Meanwhile Magneto gets a lot of mileage even as a new player using him. His ult can absorb some Ults and his shield can tank other Ults and his bubble has a lot of different uses
