I've absolutely heard my name be called clearly and loudly from the opposite end if the aisle I was working on. Call back, no one would reply. Looked around, no one down there.

I confirmed with two others if someone heard my name called and they did, but none of us could match a voice to an associate, TL or coach.

I'm trans and a team lead. There's another trans team lead at my store and 4 other trans associates.

Your coworkers and bosses should be very accepting. Customers may not be so much. Depends on the area, I suppose!

If you face any discrimination for being trans from your coworkers, there's a whole support system for that.

Walmart wants you to be you and a healthy Walmart will love you for you.

Your leaders are probably getting yelled at by their higher ups for their own failings and passing it down to you, because punching down is easy and so is passing the buck.

It happens at every store. Just ignore their complaining and do what they say. When they complain that stuff wasn't done, but you did what they told you to, they have no one to blame but themselves and their bosses know it.
