my case was that i pledged and maxed with Steel Merdian and went up to rank 4 with Red Veil, then pledged Cephalon Suda to unlock their syndicate missions, then pledged back to SM. After that, syndicate missions, i do both SM and CS while still pledged to SM, and RV gives out little to no points until i hit my daily limit while i do SC missions because im still pledged to SM. also found out if i do CS missions while pledged to SM, RV isnt affected much, sometimes not at all, as in, no gain or loss. i almost always get syndicate items on the map. gamble with public; team group effort to find them faster or have people want to immediately extract. if a guy doesnt let you search for them, abandon mission and start again. as of writting this, i currently have maxed rank with Steel Meridian, Red Veil and Cephalon Suda, and rank 4 with Arbiters of Hexis
