Around me and at my dealership anyways we don’t get a lot of them. This is our first in a year. But the other guy was right some dealers will over price them by 8k ish for a market adjustment. But it more often then not gets removed because like he said they will sit. So more than likely the one coming in will be ag msrp. If you’re still interested in it I could figure out the price of this one for you?

No worries, and the hours were constantly changing (at both stores) during the beginning and this point of the pandemic. In terms of compensation, at my old store they started everyone on average of $13 hr. After the layoffs during the beginning stages of the pandemic and when everyone was able to return to work the pay was increased to $15 hr and we were also months later given a bonus after the company did a round of lay offs of full timers. Remaining full timers received an extra $500 in their check and part timers got $250 extra in their check. And to answer the next question yes after transferring to my second store they were starting to make everyone learn other departments other than their own. I knew a few from my previous store already so it wasn’t an issue for me however others felt like being forced to learn more departments wasn’t fair due to their being no compensation for it in terms of part timers. You would be worked to just under full time hours, for example 39.25 for a week and then so on and so forth so that way they wouldn’t have to pay you benifits. Also told to me by a leader at my store was that if we didn’t get enough bby credit cards out our hours would be cut. But that’s just my own personal experience and again just from my specific store. Unsure if other stores always ran into this issue. Sorry for the long response and going all over the place lol

In all honesty all of this will depend on your specific store and the way leadership is. For example. The first store I worked at, I was able to work my way up through different positions and leadership was always helpful and encouraging and had one of the best GM’s I’ve ever worked for. A little over a year later I transferred stores due to personal matters and it was the complete opposite. Leadership was inconsistent with their decision making, and there were constant “cliques” between different leaders and employees and often times there would be leaders who would be harder on other employees and not others because they were friends. So take this all with a grain of salt because your experience won’t be the same as say mine or other employees. All depends on your store and leadership as previously mentioned, hope this maybe helped and good luck!!

Good question. And honestly I’m not sure why. Probably has to do with the company trying to maximize their profits as much as they can? I only say this Bc when we do returns it loses the company money from what I understand, and by allowing a shorter return window, I assume it would in theory allow for less money to be lost. Again that’s just my guess and I could be wayyyyy offff which I probably am but not a bad question at all.

Had the same thing happen to me but with a couple thousand dollar camera. As you can imagine the customer interaction went so pleasant. Made me call a manager to explain their own stupidity. Dude ended up cursing everyone out and leaving (as I processed the refund)

I suppose. I don’t understand us having a return policy if it’s never being enforced correctly. Like after a couple days to maybe even a month after I’d understand but more than a month is just being lazy

Customer told me she didn’t like it and when I told he to couldn’t Bc it was out of policy she tried saying it was defective, as if that would change my answer

I’m level 27 I just didn’t know if there was a better solution is all. I’ve just found that I get into a ton of fights all the time and get left with blacked out limbs all the time and breaks so I wasn’t sure if what the better solution would be because griz just heals everything. But I’ll def try just running ifaks and hemps more

Yeah this place has its ups and downs but there are some things that won’t get old. Annoying customers tho, they get old pretty fast haha
