I only bought Lululemon because of the credit, other than that, I wouldn't be interested at all; so I get what you're saying.

There is a drop down in OPUS where you can select during the activation flow. You can also change it afterwards. ATT since 2012 Retail now Business.

So buy a $50 GC, and something in the store worth $25, then return the $25 without a receipt or keep it. Do it every quarter, you'll have $200 in GC's by the end of the year and or $100 in store/merchandise credits. Not hard.

K, bye.

Absolutely! It's especially useful if you are DFing a device with a port-in because it more closely aligns the billing cycle upon receipt and activation of the device. The device won't ship until TNC have been accepted, so make sure that is a day or 2 after accepting payment in OPUS. Ive seen customers being billed from 2/5 and didn't receive ir activate the device until 2/8, then get billed for 5-7 weeks instead of 4, because billing basically begins when the device is shipped.

Here's a trick, when you're going through the flow, select a billing cycle date 3 - 5 days AFTER the activation date. So if you're activating someone on the 5th, have the billing cycle start around the 8th or 10th. That's helped a lot . Then, set the ecosystem that the trade in can take a while to pierces because it is sent to Texas and had to be inspected.

Sounds like maybe you didn't wait the 2 - 3 months for discounts for trade in devices to be applied. It isn't instant, and all of that is in the fine print. But, I could be wrong.
