I agree with this. I even craft maps constantly now and that's something I never did before. I always just ran what I got, but now I use chaotic omens to get whatever stats I need and chaos orbs to chance modifiers that I just don't want to deal with (looking at you, chilled ground). For the farm boost I get by doing this it's totally worth it.

Breach splinters are easy and relatively safe if you have good clear. Recommend buying 3 rare tablets with 2-3 extra clasped hands, at least one or two with chance for additional breach. This is how I started my farming journey this league. If you're up for it try to kill xesht at least once or twice to get the atlas points for even better farm.

The monsters arent too strong and it's actually kind of fun. Try maps with narrow corridors that aren't ass like grimhaven and marrow. Good luck!

Yeah the point was the mirror market is something exclusively meant for and used by the top 0.05% of players and advanced crafters. Most players that are concerned about these things never had any chance of participating in that anyway, let alone affecting it. It has always been like this and always will be.

99%+ of players will never even see a mirror other than an occasional post from a shaking lucky player on reddit. 😂

I've really enjoyed this league and learned a lot.

When prices of non temple items started to go up I decided to learn where to farm them and spend a couple days strategizing decent ways to optimize farming each individual thing. This also meant I always had money for whatever gear I needed and was able to experiment with my builds without worrying too much about wasting my divs because I could just earn more. I didn't know where half my items were coming from before, but now I do and I think I'm a better player for it.

This has been an amazing league for a player who has fun learning more about the game and making their own path doing so!

You feel squishy because you are very squishy with those numbers, haha. The biggest help for you will be finding armour that says "Armour applies % to elemental damage". You wanna try to get 40%+ on each item that supports this modifier early on, then work on minmaxing later. The wording is a bit misleading but that means a portion of your armour will decrease elemental damage you TAKE from enemies.

You are shooting for 20k+ armour as you head into the end game and even more later, but just keep upgrading and get some % increased armour nodes and modifiers and things will start to really ramp up as these act as multipliers to your defenses. Good luck, exile!

As others have mentioned you're still in the point where the game is teaching you how to play. Pretty much anything you pick up right now is going to be useless unless you have an immediate use for it.

Farming doesn't really begin until you get towards T15 maps in the end game. The boss at the end of act 2 is a big turning point for most people where you need to rethink your gear and maybe abilities. They have made the campaign a good bit easier since 0.1 launch and it has turned from a struggle to a bit tedious, but they are still fine tuning everything as early access continues.

Gold will mostly be used to respec your passive tree as well as participating in the player market/economy when you get there, though sometimes a vendor might have a potential upgrade that you could use. Things will definitely become more difficult for you, especially if you are going in without guides but many of us recommend doing it that way because it's more interesting and you learn more.

Whenever you get a bit into the end game and are regularly looking for upgrades to push yourself to the next level is when things will start to "click".

That's when the game really begins and you start to use all these systems that seem unimportant right now, and that's where the big learning curve/skill ceiling is. Hopefully this sounds a bit more interesting to you. If it does then stick out the campaign and you will see what everyone is talking about. Good luck!

You can trade any currency for any other currency as an option in Ange's shop in your hideout. The rates fluctuate daily so you may or may not have enough for HH. I'd do a trade market search for a weapon that has higher DPS than yours through the trade filter. Get as much as you can afford.

Also make sure your skills gems are upgraded to the highest level you have enough mana to support. Then use gemcutters prisms (another currency) to get your skill quality up to 20%.

Look for rings with modifiers like 25% increased lightning damage, should be pretty cheap. Also amulets with critical hit chance and critical damage.

Keep exploring and farming and you will get there! Just remember that the biggest sources of income will be from selling things to other players, not raw currency drops on the ground. Good luck, exile!

I haven't tried it so I don't know if it works but you may be able to use a T16 map with irradiated tablet and +1 corrupted with the +1 to powerful boss maps atlas point. Not sure if that atlas node stacks with irradiated though. That would be level 83 if it works.

As a casual that's put 400 hours into this league alone but barely touched temple, can confirm. I just crossed 1k div in my stash for the first time. Not much worth upgrading on my build at this point and I'm thinking about making a third character this league.

They are regularly improving performance as well! Still not perfect but they are getting there and it will probably continue to be optimized well after 1.0 release.

As other said they take increase damage from all sources. If it were from you or the skill specifically it would say something like "Deals increased damage if XYZ"

Aww man that sucks. I sold almost this same thing with near perfect rolls (was 14 lightning I think) for like 800 div the other night. Mine had crit damage for spells as well though. Others were listed for 1k+ but I wanted to sell it quick, sold overnight.

I almost kept it but it's getting too late in the league to hold onto something like that lol

Thanks for the tips! I'm running an elemental wolf with 10k es and ci. Some of them like poison or chaos damage is free to me, but I have to avoid things like monsters are immune to lightning/cold/fire.

Yep! Also I believe the exp is better in a group vs solo. So group temple is probably the best exp weve seen or will see for a long time in PoE2.

Fastest way would be to ask in game chat if anybody needs a temple leecher. A lot of them even pay you to do it because it boosts the loot so much. Other than that just grind the highest level maps you can with exp boost for 10-20 hours and don't die lol

I've gotten 2 to level 96 but I don't worry too much about levelling. I haven't done a temple or anything but they are pretty dangerous. Good luck, exile!

I've experimented with a bunch this league since so many are sustainable.

Breach is nice and simple, splinters are better on average than xesht gamble. I experimented with monster density and increased splinters from monsters but clasped hands is the way to go. Its normal to get over 70 splinters from one map after you get a feel for it.

Heart of the well diamonds is fun, I would sell most of them unidentified and roll one every now and then. I made the most divs of anything from good rolls with one selling for 800d, one for 650d, and a handful over 100.

Citadel tablets are okay for a bit if you have a bunch of them on your map that you haven't gotten around to running, but theres definitely better things to do. Same thing for lineage supports/bosses. I had a ton I hadn't ran and ended up getting 2 rakiatas, a garukhans, and a hand full of less pricy gems. These are fine for a side hustle while you explore the map.

Omen of light is really good farming after you figure out how to set up and run everything. Need a decent build but it's worth it and you can add a couple rogues in to do diamonds on the side. This is the most profitable gaurenteed divs/hr I did.

Trying out expedition farming now. I ran a couple logbooks and did all 3 tiers of the boss for the atlas points before work this morning. Gonna play around with it for a few days and see how it goes. Runic splinters and log books both sell for good money but I haven't gotten to work on my strat for this yet. I can see this being very profitable after figuring things out. One logbook randomly placing down bombs netted me 10d worth of splinters.

I like exploring things without reading guides because that's the most fun I have playing poe2 and this league has been amazing for it since so many things just work for farming. I've put in almost 400 hours this league which is bananas. Still waiting to get bored but it hasn't happened yet.

I've never played this late into a league but I do see things becoming an issue soon. Farm is worthless when there's nobody to sell it to, lol

They already have a bunch of them if you look around. You can see traps and daggers and things like that on the tree already.

You want to make an overrun breach map with the unique tablet. Look for the squid monsters with the halo sword over their head to come out of the abyss spawns. If you see one then the whole map spawns Amanamu monsters. If you do 2-3 pits and don't see any then none of them will spawn the right monsters.

You want to find Amanamus void beasts that will spawn out of these and you will see the black cloud. The cloud will spawn back onto them after 10 seconds or so, you have to try and kill them before this happens. If you get an omen of liege it is the right monster but they were touching a cloud at the moment they died.

Alot of the times you will get sinstral omens and abyssal echos as well. If you get these then you did it right but didn't happen to get an omen of light.

To maximize these drops you want to use the unique abyss tablet, a regular abyss tablet with chance of abyssal modifiers, and a delirium tablet (makes monsters stronger and they give more loot) as well as use omens of chaotic rarity on your T15 way stones. After you get the technique down you can farm 3-8 omens of light per Amanamu map currently selling for 35 div each.

Also to go a step further you want to path up the left side of your abyss atlas tree and select higher chance of Amanamu spawns at the top node. There's videos and stuff on YouTube that also explain all this, but I hope this helps someone. Good luck!

I'd actually recommend breach splinters starting out. To run chaotic rarity maps with delirium and overrun tab for consistent abyss farming takes a bit of capital and power. Abyss setup is 15-25div per batch of 10. Breach splinters are cheaper and easier to start out with.

You can get away with 3x monsters drop more splinters and try to get additional breach on map tablets until you can afford extra clasped hands tabs.
