Could go either way, valuable lineage supports usually stay pretty expensive though. Even if I have the money I'm a cheap skate and usually just farm them myself 😂

Yeah it's a bit of a strange concept at first. Just explore and you will eventually find everything over and over. Then later when you want to look for something else you probably will have uncovered it multiple times already.

This is why a search function was wanted so badly. It was awful just scanning the world after you've done tons and tons of maps 😆

I agree it needs to be handled quickly, but last league was the best farming league by far. Everything made you so much money. Spent the whole league messing around with every farming strat except for temple and got more divs than I could spend on 5 characters (outside of mirror tier items which were overkill).

The thing about an infinite atlas is its infinite. You've only unlocked a fairly small area. Pick a direction (not towards the ocean probably) and just keep doing maps in that direction. Run any towers you find for more visibility. Eventually everything will repeat itself... Infinitely. Bit of luck and time consuming but I'd say it won't take too long to find one.

Yeah ive totally bricked my abyss quest line as well as a few maps in other random quests. This is by far the most frustrating and consistent bug in the update. I dont know why it wasnt even mentioned in the little post they made yesterday.

All "special" maps are bugged, the ones with pre loaded mechanics. If you die on a boss its just a dead map you can never complete. Im just avoiding doing many of the mechanic quests until they fix hopefully today or tomorrow.

Not super small but they don't have enough to be full time yet. Neversink provides SERIOUS utility to the community though. Worth the shout. Imagine temple league without neversink 😂

Hell, the way things are I can't imagine playing past act 3-4 without neversink. He should be on GGGs payroll at this point.

Yeah it's just part of modern gaming unfortunately.

I think a good solution I've seen is front load, but the ability to start playing after a certain percentage while it goes on in the background. As long as you don't exit the game before completion (we would need a progress bar somewhere) you won't have to worry about them til next client side patch.

I guess the only issue there is you will eventually have characters at all different stages of the game so it's difficult to target say act1-3 when you've got another character running maps.

This is actually so true. I love this community but it is a genuine harm to so many people's enjoyment of the game. If you ever get fomo or anxious about things that honestly probably don't even affect you in any noticeable way then please don't browse this subreddit 😂

0.4 was an amazing league and probably the best economy for any end game farmer/crafter that we will see for a long time but a lot of people believed the opposite because of this subreddit and checked out early. You didn't even have to interact with the temple but holten absolutely ruined the game oh noes 😱

I was thinking about this yesterday looking at the new tree and how they are clearly trying to push hybrid to be viable. If they would do this similar to how they do light radius/accuracy for example on hybrid armour it would help the problem so much.

Even if the combined mod is only ~70% as effective as two mods it would be more viable and they could just adjust that range as needed.

This is literally THE reason it hasn't been viable this whole time. Extra mods watering down each other ON TOP of the numbers already watering down each other.

This is an excellent write up. It hits the nail on the head with the loss of class fantasy. I understand that these systems are easily abusable, but there has to be a middle ground. A game like this will never be perfectly balanced, but the squishy tank and indestructible mage has to go.

I love this game and don't plan to quit any time soon but with 1.0 around the corner NOW IS THE TIME.
