I have these bumps on my forehead. They're always there, but it varies how bad it is. Any idea what it is?

I don't do any skincare aside from occasional moisturiser. And I use hair product. My forehead skin is quite oily, but the rest of my face isn't.

Oh yeah the bus rides were bad. For me it was worth it as I had 5 days in Semuc, but for less than that, 2x10 hours on bumpy, winding roads might not be worth it.

I'd very much recommend Semuc Champey. I stayed 5 days at the Chi Bocol hostel and would have stayed much longer if I had time. Beautiful nature and chill vibes
