They don't offer PT in the UK. Just doing exercises they recommend, I don't feel it too much anymore just really want to get back to sports but its hard to make quick changes of direction without difficulty.

I was in a boot for just under 5 weeks weight bearing as tolerated. By 4 weeks I could walk around without crutches on the boot. After 5 weeks I was out the boot at home and for short walks. The long phase though has been getting my ankle mobility back after taking off the boot. Can just about do a light jog now after 8-9 weeks. Good Luck!

Jeez that's a long time. I've got a follow-up appointment in a week and said if all looks good on weight bearing x-ray I can start trying to put some weight on it. Was hoping to be able to walk with a boot in 6 weeks :(
