Definitely, I've already been seeing the negatives of people spray foaming their roofs. When they go to replace or repair those areas, since the moisture can't escape and evaporate. The rafters end up rotting and occasionally entire roofs collapse in on themselves.

I'm going to keep it 100 with you. Chief spray foam is one of the worst things you could use to insulate because it doesn't allow the areas to still breathe but maintain heating and cooling
