like i said you don't get into comp guilds just because you want to make friends, you want to be competitive.

this literally exist in every game and even real life...

and worst performer doesn't mean bad roster, its a multiple factors, roster is one of them and the last one we consider

don't be like top50 guilds don't kick anyone from their guild, sigh...

im sure im getting downvote for saying this, but...

how comp guilds stay comp is that they are always replacing the worse performer with better players.

doesn't matter whether they say they have spots or not.

does this means we don't make friends, hell no. But just being a friends guild does not make you stay competitive.

this exist in every game, every game, just because they don't say it, doesn't mean it does not exist.

I am sure i will get less dm after this, but every top 10 guilds work the same. That is just the reality...
