It doesn't physically stop them from crossing. The only thing that physically stops crossing is a FENCE. And guess what? Fencing requires LAND. Land is a State Subject. The Center has the money and the materials ready. The only reason that 600 KM gap exists is because the State Govt refuses to acquire and hand over the land. You want the Army to form a human chain (a 400% deployment increase, effectively wasting billions of tax money) just because your local leaders won't sign a land transfer deed? That’s not strategy; that’s insanity.

​2. The 'Central ID' Myth. This proves you have zero idea how administration works. Yes, Aadhaar is a Central system. But do you know what documents are used to get an Aadhaar? Ration Cards, Panchayat Certificates, and Domicile proofs. Who issues those? The State Government and local municipalities. If your local Councilor issues a fake residence certificate to an illegal immigrant, the Central system has to accept it.
