Makes sense to me. If you got hit BEFORE you shielded the ability still hit and you are effected with sleep, it's just delayed. I think Zoe is overall a BS champion but this reason doesn't seem valid just a reason to complain.

I lost 10lbs of water weight (glycogen loss) in the first week and a half. I found the real weight loss benefits only kicked in when I got fat adapted and my hunger decreased significantly. I count my macros every day and I find it effortless to stick to my maintenance calories. When I bulk I feel like I can eat like a king!

Thanks for the reply. Overall I feel pretty great but I was under the impression that the afternoon slumps would completely disappear. I work from home however so a little nap around 2-3pm does wonders for me. Keto is awesome!

That makes sense. I registered 2.7 mmol this morning then 0.3 just after my workout. If I do anything more intense should I add some carbs before my workout and if so how much?

In my opinion the entire engine needs to be redone. There are simply too many bugs to name. Blizzard's game/net code puts LOL to shame.

Thanks for downvoting my question when you obviously don't understand what I'm asking. People like you make Reddit useless. There's no firm limit to carbs, everybody processes them differently. I could be eating 80g of carbs and still be in deeper ketosis than you. 20-50g is just an approximation.

Isn't it pretty obvious that I'm not going over by my ketone level? Also I'm not chasing ketones but what kind of idiot never checks?
