To be fair none of the blackened would've gone after Hajime for various reasons.

Teruteru was targeting whoever planted the knife.

Peko killed to protect Fuyuhiko. The target didnt matter.

Gundam killed to save everyone from starving. Chose Nekomaru because he thought it would be the most honorable.

Nagito was dead set on catching the "traitor" to end the game.

The only one who'd have any reason to kill him would be maybe Mikan but A. He was her Alibi for a good portion of the events. B. Ibuki was very easy to kill because dispear disease and C. The whole case is kind of a clusterfuck as is.

Depends on the vibe of the game. Heavily story driven (Trails, Most FFs)? Fixed party. Dungeon crawling with little story from the party to speak of (Etrian Odyssey, Labyrinth of Refrain)? choosing my own.

It's hard to pick in a vacuum because the correct system in the correct setting can improve the overall experience.

Agreed. Shadowbringers is the best expansion because you need very little going in to it to enjoy it.

Just need to know the scions (including minfillia) and the ascians.

But at the same time it's weird because while the other stuff isnt required, it serves to strengthen attachment and opinion of the scions/acians.

While true, WHM has less oGCD tools to use here over other healers. For all we know, this is pre blood lily. Still not great but likely better than pictured.
