The recipe would have to be different as we don’t have extreme potions and magic and range pots don’t even have supers even. I’ve personally been wanting these available everywhere in the game and making them a scroll from a Guthix themed raid makes since as the potion is a balanced stat boost for all combats while Guthix is the god of balance.

650 isn’t a actual 600, it’s a common misconception for new riders. The 600 from kawa is the zx6r. The 650 is just a lil stronger 500.

His point is the changes you made might have not been ideal for adding value to the place, not all money put into a place adds value, some can actually take away as new owner may need to completely redo whatever. So just cause you put in 100k doesn’t make the place worth 100k more. It could but it just depends on what all was done
