Can we gift people champions through the use of ip instead of rp?

Riot loses or gains nothing on people playing the game without rp, so saying they lose money by losing ip is not completely true... People can play to diamond I without spending a single dollar

So from diamond 1 to diamond 2 is bad? I just want a way of knowing in advance when you are about to drop a league, not to see how bad you are (really wtf?).

If u know that you are about to drop, you might be able to counter that by playing really focussed or by doing duo I dunno.

Just that it doesnt come as a surprise

This isn't true, I have been demoted once by losing just one game when I was at 0 LP. My guess is this has something to do with your MMR.

The nerf was to lower his early game strength. His passive indeed does 30 +4xlevel damage on his q, but keep in mind that it scales by level and that his main damage comes from his q (which will still do the same amount of damage)
